What is the HN Loyalty Program?

The Health Nag Loyalty Program rewards our global customers based on their spending. Earn 1 point for every 1 AED (UAE Dirham) spent, and redeem points for discount coupons to save on future purchases. As you continue to shop, your points accumulate and you can redeem them for discounts!
How do I join the Health Nag Loyalty Program?

Any shopper at Health Nag can join the program. If you are a new customer, you can automatically join the Program by creating an account on our website.

How do I check my points and membership status?

Log in to your account and check your points and membership status by clicking the Rewards button on the bottom right corner of the website or under “Account.”
How do I get points?

Points are earned by spending online. For every 1 AED spent, you’ll earn 1 point. These points can be collected and later redeemed for discount coupons, giving you savings on future purchases.
How do I use my points?

You can use your points to redeem discount coupons for future purchases. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, go to your account, click on the Rewards button, and select the discount coupon you’d like to redeem based on your points balance. Then, apply your coupon at checkout to enjoy your discount.
What happens to my points when I return an item or cancel my order?

If you return or cancel your order, the points will be returned to your account. This update will show on your account within 24 hours.

When do my points expire?

Never! Your points stay with you for life, so you can save up and redeem them whenever you like. Enjoy rewards without any time limit!
