Once the order is dispatched, we will send the tracking information to the registered email ID provided at the check-out. If you haven’t received an email, please email us at support@healthnag.com and mention your order number, contact number and full name.

YOU ARE PURCHASING FROM THE UAE WEBSITE – PLEASE NOTE – Transactions of goods from the UAE to other countries will be regarded as export/import supplies. This means your country of residence may require you to pay Customs Duties, VAT, or other import taxes as set by your local government. If you are ordering from outside the UAE, you WILL be expected to pay any applicable customs charges. Refusal to pay will result in a non-refundable charge.
Unfortunately due to a strict policy of some countries, we are not able to ship to the following regions: Brazil, Israel, Palestine, UK, Thailand, Morocco, Republic of Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, Russia, Turkey, Syria & Iraq.
Refund Policy
Please note, as per our standard policy, we do not offer a refund. However, we do understand that with any shipment something can go wrong and we will make sure to make it up to you. However, please note that submitting a refund request is not a guarantee that it will be approved. Health Nag monitors all claims carefully to identify potential misuse or abuse of our refund policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will handle each request individually. Engaging in abusive activity such as initiating chargebacks or refusing orders may result in warnings, any personal promo codes suspension or forfeiture, or a permanent Health Nag account suspension. Health Nag reserves the right to limit or deny requests deemed to violate or abuse our policies or involve any fraudulent activity.
Our refund window starts from the day you receive the product and lasts up to 7 calendar days for items purchased directly through www.healthnag.com e-store. We do not accept the requests on products purchased on third party e-stores or other partner stores. Please kindly contact them directly.
To initiate a refund request, please submit a request with the clear reason to the following email support@healthnag.com or by contacting our Customer Service team on WhatsApp.
If your request is approved, you may receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions. Please follow all the instructions to complete the process.
- Please do not discard the product(s) until you receive confirmation email that your refund was approved. You may need to provide additional photo documentation for approval.
- Compensation may be granted as a store credit or back to the original payment method at Health Nag discretion.
- After you submit your return request, you will need to return your package within 5 days.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. If items are used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged due to improper packaging, Health Nag may issue partial compensation to your account for the decreased value of items (unless the reason for the return - DAMAGED GOODS).
Exchange Policy
Our exchange window starts from the day you receive the product and lasts up to 7 calendar days for items purchased directly through www.healthnag.com e-store. If the period of 7 calendar days has lapsed since the product delivery date, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS
- UAE orders will be collected at FREE of charge by our courier
- Please note that for international orders, Health Nag does not provide a shipping label for returns. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
