Genuine feedback

I started using the product about two months ago, and while I’m not entirely sure yet how to track the results, I genuinely enjoy the habit of taking it. It’s also very tasty - honestly, controlling myself to just one spoon is the real challenge!

In terms of flavor, the apple lime option is noticeably better than the pomegranate. I also think flavors like strawberry or passion fruit would be worth exploring.

On another note, I believe the delivery experience needs improvement. Prior to placing my order, I specifically reached out to customer care on WhatsApp and explained that the purchase (3 pieces) was intended for gifting, with my flight scheduled for the next day. Based on the promised 4-hour fast delivery communicated via email, I proceeded with the order.

Unfortunately, the delivery attempt happened the following day and around five hours later than the usual order cutoff time (before 3:00 PM), and only after I had already cancelled the order and left the country. By that time, I was already abroad. For comparison, I placed an order for the same items on Noon, which arrived within 7 minutes.

I’m sharing this feedback because I truly like the product and believe the overall experience could be significantly enhanced with more reliable delivery execution - especially when time-sensitive orders are clearly communicated in advance

Enjoyable

I started using it very recently so it's still early to judge. However, for the first time ever I enjoy taking collagen! It tastes really good and the experience of using a spoon to have it is just enjoyable for some reason! And it's making me more consistent! Will definitely re-stock soon!

Only one thing missing...

Big fan of the brand and especially the collagen. One improvement I’d love is a clearer statement confirming the product is toxin-free so I can have 100% peace of mind using it. Thanks!
